I read A Body in Contradiction right after. I think that piece is what hearing yourself looks like. Not only the parts you are proud of. You wrote down the wanting you already knew you should let go. Most people can’t even say that to themselves.... that may even include me.
It took me a while to get here but I am so glad that I did.
